All of the public schools of Luzerne Intermediate Unit 18 (LIU),368 Tioga Ave,. Kingston, Pennsylvania provides specialeducation and related service to resident children withdisabilities who are ages three through twenty-one. Services ensurethat children with disabilities are educated to the maximum extentappropriate in the regular education environment, and that theinstruction they receive conforms as much as possible to theinstruction that non-disabled students receive.
